What an Improvement!
Hi folks! :) Rob here. In the past year -- AMC has not been at its best. In fact, some folks even said that AMC was at its worse point -- in 30 years of AMC! Well, I can tell you AMC sure has gotten good! -- Really good!
Well, for starters. Jake is gone. A wish come true. Now we have Gillian mourning over the loss of her "poor Jake." First off, what kind of jerk would just leave his wife without saying goodbye? Yes, she lied to him but come on! Have a heart, Jake! Oh well, just as long that Jake is gone -- I'm not complaining no more!
I am very upset over the firings of Robin Mattson (Janet) and Alexis Manta. (Amanda.) What can I say? It was expected, of course, ever since James Kiberd left the canvas as the beloved Trevor. I really hope AMC doesn't blow it and write a stupid sendoff for these two -- I really hope they get a proper sendoff. Full of flashbacks and more! :)
I really like Arlene. She's a total slut and I'm liking it! There has to be a 'dirty girl' on a soap to make it interesting. I would really love it to see Adrian and Arlene a couple? Whoa, baby! Pine Valley's first nuclear weapon! Bring it on! LOL.
I have to say that this Alex/Guy/Edmund storyline is really heating up. It is getting very interesting. I expect it to get more interesting when our very good friend Dimitri returns. I just loved it when Guy came up to Alex and said, "Alex, I know you want to get on with your life!" Good going, Guy! I think that line made Guy officially a show villain. Alex then, of course, grabs him and says, "Who the hell are you?" Ooh! So interesting, so good! If this is how Agnes Nixon is going to treat us for now on -- Sign her to an 80 year contract! Woo Hoo!
I think this Ryan and Greenlee crap is kinda useless. Yes -- Greenlee wants Ryan, Ryan can't notice that. Either -- Ryan, say to her to leave you alone or go back to Gilly. 'Nuff said.
I loved Adam and Tad in the jail scenes! It brought humor and excitement. I am looking forward to more.
About Paolo, I think this storyline will heat up -- since I'm predicating Paolo will get murdered. Oooh! A good murder mystery! Just what the doctor asked for! :-)

I give AMC an A- this week. Pretty good shows. Too much of the useless Ryan/Greenlee crap though.
